Jft Parts & Rotors OY sells products within Finland on the following terms. Deliveries abroad can be agreed on a case-by-case basis with separate delivery terms and prices. Product prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs.
Products are ordered in the online store by transferring them to the shopping cart and paying for the contents of the shopping cart in the online payment service. All customer information is treated confidentially. The contact information requested in connection with the order will not be used for anything other than the delivery of the order, unless otherwise stated. When ordering from the online store, you are required to read and agree to the current delivery terms.
The payment service is the international Paytrail Oyj (Business ID 2122839-7), through which the payment options are invoice, installment payment, card payment, mobile payment and online banking payments. Once we have received your order, we will email you an order confirmation showing your order details. Check the contents of the order confirmation and in case of doubt or if you have any questions, please contact the seller immediately. When dealing with customer service, have your potential customer number and order number on hand. Upon receipt of the package, immediately check that the contents of the package match the products in the order confirmation.

Shipping costs include postage, packaging and handling. Delivery costs 5.90e for pick-up and parcel delivery and 9.90e for home delivery. Free delivery to a pick-up point or parcel machine if the value of your order exceeds 40e. Free home delivery when the value of your order exceeds 70e. The delivery methods used depend on the contents of the shopping cart, total weight and package size. You can choose the option that works best for you from the delivery methods available at the checkout.

Orders are packaged during the current or next business day. Delivery time may vary depending on the order and delivery method. We will notify you immediately of any delays that depend on us!
We are not responsible for delivery delays or consequential damages caused by external factors. The online store informs about different delivery times on its website.
Unused and goods in perfect condition have a 14-day free return policy. Food has no right of exchange or return. If the products do not meet these requirements, the products will not be refunded.
The order cancellation period expires 14 days after receipt of the item. To exercise your right of cancellation, you must notify us of your decision to cancel your order by email at tommi.arffman@jft-rotors.com. Please indicate in your notice the reason for the cancellation and the details of the subscriber (name & order number).
In order to comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send your notice of the exercise of the right of cancellation before the end of the cancellation period.
Payments made for an accepted return or cancellation of the transaction will be refunded within 14 days of the order being returned to our warehouse.
If a defect occurs in the product you have ordered, please contact tommi.arffman@jft-rotors.com to report the product immediately. The products are not covered by a separate warranty.
For non-redeemed packages for which no separate cancellation or return notice has been made, we will charge the shipping cost.
If the product is lost or damaged during transport or does not otherwise correspond to your order, you must report the defect in writing to tommi.arffman@jft-rotors.com within 14 days at the latest. If the package is clearly damaged in transit, please make an immediate complaint to the shipping company of your choice.
Finnish law applies to these delivery terms. The Parties shall endeavor to resolve any differences primarily through negotiations.
